Due to the harsh chemicals used in the water treatment plant, replacement air handling units needed to be built out of non corrosive materials. Also the replacement unit had to match existing roof curb and duct dimensions.
Alliance Air Products provided replacement equipment built from non corrosive stainless steel. The air handling unit’s base, walls, roof, louver, plus the entire fan assembly including isolation springs, was built using 316 Stainless Steel to ensure a long lasting unit at the facility. The unit was an exact fit on the existing curb.
